Qualification: 8th,10th, 12th or Above

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

To create precision parts in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and CNC programs, operate a range of CNC machines, such as lathes, mills, and routers.

Workpieces should be safely and effectively loaded and unloaded onto the machine.

Keep an eye on the machining process, spot little problems (such tool breakage or dimensional errors), and resolve them.

Help with the setup and upkeep of CNC machines, including fixture configurations, tool changes, and routine machine maintenance.

Skills:

Preferably, you have experience with CNC machines (lathes, mills, and routers).

the capacity to decipher and comprehend engineering plans and drawings.

fundamental knowledge of cutting tools, machining procedures, and tool selection.
