Job Description

To set up and run CNC machines and create high-quality parts in accordance with requirements, we are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced CNC Setter/Operator. Strong knowledge of CNC machining methods, tooling, and setup procedures will be had by the ideal candidate.

Responsibility:

Configure CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, etc.) in accordance with task specifications. This includes choosing and installing tooling, configuring work offsets, and loading programs.

Run CNC machines to create parts, keeping an eye on the machining procedure and adjusting as necessary.

Make that completed items fulfil quality standards by inspecting them with precision measurement tools (such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges).

Examine and comprehend job instructions, drawings, and plans.

Optimise cutting conditions and part quality by adjusting machine parameters as needed.

Clean and lubricate CNC machines as part of periodic maintenance.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: ITI/ Diploma Graduation
