Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Stainless steel, titanium, and aluminium are just a few of the materials that can be TIG welded.

Material Preparation: Clean, grind, and prepare materials for welding.

Assemble the welding apparatus, which includes the shielding gas, power supply, and welding torch.

Quality Control: Check welds for conformity to requirements and quality.

Troubleshooting: Find and fix problems with welding.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and protocols.

Skills:

Welding Methods: Expertise in TIG welding methods.

Knowledge of various metals and their welding properties is known as material knowledge.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with welding tools and equipment.

Problem-Solving: The capacity to recognise and address welding-related problems.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Safety Awareness: Respect for safety rules and guidelines.
