Job Description

Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Educational: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above

Responsibilities

Configure VTLs in accordance with task standards, which include choosing and installing tooling (such as chucks and cutting tools), loading programs, and establishing work offsets. VTL setup frequently calls for very precise alignment and a lot of lifting.

Clean, lubricate, and replace tools as part of regular VTL maintenance.

Diagnose possible faults and troubleshoot machine issues.

Ensure that production and machine downtime are accurately documented.

Respect all safety rules and guidelines, particularly those pertaining to handling big parts and using heavy equipment.

Qualification:

demonstrated expertise operating a VTL CNC.

strong knowledge of VTL setup, tooling, and machining techniques, particularly for large items.

the capacity to read and comprehend job instructions, drawings, and blueprints.

proficiency with precision measurement tools, including large-parts equipment.

It is advantageous to have knowledge of CNC programming (G-code). 

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
