As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our organization. Your ability to identify and attract skilled professionals will be instrumental in driving our growth and success.
Requirements:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Skills:
Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
