Primary Task: In the injection moulding industry in Chennai and the surrounding areas, to promote new business acquisitions and cultivate client relationships by spotting market opportunities, comprehending customer demands for plastic components, and creating customised solutions to meet sales goals and support the expansion of the business.

Responsibilities

To find strategic advantages, examine competitor activity, market trends, and technological developments in the injection moulding sector.

Perform preliminary needs analyses and evaluate leads according to their business potential and strategic fit.

Provide clients with solutions that answer their technical questions and show off our knowledge.

Reach and continuously surpass predetermined income and sales goals.

Assure a high degree of client happiness while seeing chances for cross-selling, upselling, and recurring business.

Create progress reports, market feedback reports, and sales estimates on a regular basis for management.

Required Abilities:

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality for new business.

Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and client needs.
