Your Impact: 

For our Business Development department, we are looking for a Senior Engineer that is both technically competent and dynamic. Under the direction of the Head, you will be in charge of finding new business prospects, establishing trusting bonds with prospective customers (mostly OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in related industries), and utilising your technical proficiency in injection moulding to boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine the technical stakeholders and important decision-makers at potential client companies.

Take the lead in technical conversations and introduce the company's value proposition, material expertise, and injection moulding capabilities.

To network and create leads, go to trade exhibits, industry gatherings, and client meetings.

Make sure the proposal's technical elements appropriately represent the client's needs and the company's capabilities.

Help with optimisation and problem-solving during the creation of prototypes and early production runs.

Give internal teams insights to improve processes and product offerings.

What you Need:

Excellent technical presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
