Job Description 

Responsibilities:

Achieve or surpass daily/hourly production goals while monitoring output, efficiency, and rejection rates.

Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks while the procedure is underway.

Make sure that throughout the shift, the ideal machine settings and process parameters are kept.

Throughout the shift, lead, mentor, and inspire a group of technicians and production operators.

Assure appropriate trash disposal and compliance with environmental regulations.

Skills:

knowledge of quality control methods and instruments.

knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.

It helps to have a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Role: Shift Incharge

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
