Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation.

Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.

Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and oversee employee development.

Education: Any Basic Degree or MBA

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
