Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and oversee project schedules, plans, and resource distribution for NPD projects.

Oversee or carry out the preparation of technical drawings and 3D CAD modelling for new plastic assemblies and parts.

Examine test findings and make design changes in response to comments.

To attain the required component quality and cycle time, supervise the first mould testing and adjust the moulding process parameters.

Encourage the department to have a culture of creativity, cooperation, and ongoing development.

Skills
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 5 to 7 yrs

Qualification: Any BE Graduation

Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
