Job Requirements : 

We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive to join our team at Frontier

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy of invoices and payments, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities:

  Manage the billing process, including invoicing, payments, and customer service

  Ensure accuracy of invoices and payments

  Maintain records of all billing activities

  Resolve customer inquiries and billing disputes

  Monitor and update billing systems

  Prepare and submit reports on billing activities

  Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  At least 3 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable

  Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

  Excellent customer service and communication skills

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
