As a Payroll Executive, you will work with our committed HR/Finance team at our Chennai-based company, where you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the timely and precise processing of employee wages and associated legal compliances. Your payroll management experience will be much appreciated in our secure and polished workplace.

Responsibilities:

Accurately gather, validate, and process employee data pertaining to pay, benefits, and deductions.

Make that the monthly payroll is calculated accurately and on time, taking into account all statutory requirements as well as salaries, allowances, and deductions (PF, ESI, PT, income tax, etc.).

Handle complete and final settlements for resigned or fired workers, making sure that all figures are correct and that payments are made on schedule.

Manage all statutory deductions and remittances, such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other relevant taxes, making sure that returns are filed on time and that deadlines are met.

Create and send out accurate paystubs, payroll reports, and other payroll-related paperwork to staff members.

Qualification:

Proven ability to develop and articulate complex technical solutions to high-level stakeholders.

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on long-term business growth.

Established network of contacts within the manufacturing industry in Chennai and the surrounding region is highly desirable.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
