Responsibilities:

Create and put into action efficient hiring practices tailored to the Chennai market.

Respect local labour regulations while addressing and resolving employee relations concerns in a fair and consistent manner.

To improve employee skills and knowledge, identify training needs and organise pertinent training programs while taking into account available local training resources.

Manage employee benefits and compensation plans (such as PF, ESI, gratuities, etc.) in accordance with business policy and Indian labour laws.

Effectively implement and convey HR rules and procedures to Chennai's workforce.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Experience: 3+ yrs
