Your Impact:

Strong technical experience, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work well with cross-functional teams are prerequisites for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine current manufacturing procedures to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential improvement areas.

To reach goals and address unforeseen obstacles, modify production schedules and resource allocation as necessary.

Assist the operators and production team with technical matters.

Engage in Poka-Yoke and FMEA projects.

Encourage the optimisation of the facility's layout for effective material flow and space use.

Take part in safety audits and carry out remedial measures.

What you Need:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.

Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Ability to make effective decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
