Job Description

To join our team, we are looking for a CNC Programmer with experience and attention to precision. You will be instrumental in turning plans into reality as a CNC programmer by developing the instructions that direct CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.

Requirements:

Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to control the movements of CNC machines

Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to create accurate and efficient CNC programs, considering factors such as material properties, tolerances, and surface finishes.

Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and coolants to optimize machining performance, minimize cycle times, and ensure high-quality part production

Troubleshoot and resolve programming errors and machine malfunctions

Skills:

Strong proficiency in using CAD/CAM software for CNC programming.

In-depth knowledge of G-code and M-code programming

Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and tooling selection.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any ITI/Diploma Degree
