 Job Title: CNC Setter (Fresher – 2 Years Experience)

 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

 Experience: 0 – 2 Years

 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

 Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, or Production Engineering

• CNC Machine Operator Training certification (preferred)

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of CNC Turning / Milling Machine setup

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

• Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)

• Understanding of tool offsets and basic G & M codes

• Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail

• Willingness to work in shifts and follow safety protocols

 Job Description:

• Set up CNC turning or milling machines based on job requirements

• Load and inspect tools and fixtures before operation

• Perform trial runs and inspect first-off components

• Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed

• Ensure the quality of output by measuring and recording dimensions

• Report any machine or quality issues to the supervisor

• Maintain daily production records and machine cleanliness
