Responsibilities

Respond politely and professionally to incoming calls from clients, especially those who speak Malayalam.

Actively listen to consumer questions and concerns and provide clarification in Malayalam.

Observe business policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Reach or surpass performance goals for call handling, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction on both an individual and team level.

When engaging with clients, keep a cheerful and expert demeanour.

Respect the company's data security and privacy rules.

Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity for rapid thought and solution-making.
