Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to both current and prospective clients to explain and advertise different banking services and products (e.g., loans, credit cards, accounts, investments).

Give a succinct and clear explanation in Tamil or English about the characteristics and advantages of our financial services.

Recognise the wants and needs of your customers to make appropriate product and service recommendations.

Respond to phone calls from clients in a courteous and educational way.

Get the information you need from clients in a precise and effective manner.

Make appointments for bank employees to meet with prospective clients.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Experience: 3+ yrs
