• Taking accountability for growing the business and hiring the best candidates who will shape its future trajectory

• Working on a variety of hiring channels, including job boards, friend recommendations, and campuses, where you must obtain leads based on the job profile

• Taking charge of corresponding with the applicants, doing their preliminary screening, moving them on to the subsequent interview rounds, and ultimately closing their profiles
