Responsibilities:

With the use of the appropriate payroll software or ERP, process monthly, biweekly, or weekly payroll for every employee precisely and on schedule.

Keep abreast of modifications to payroll-related legislation and regulations and make the required corrections.

For auditing purposes, make sure payroll records are properly archived and retrieved.

Clearly explain payroll policies and procedures and offer advice.

Various payroll reports should be prepared for internal audits, management, and finance.

Support payroll audits both internally and outside

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Experience: 3+ yrs
