Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, campus hiring, and referrals.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Candidate Interviewing: Conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person, to assess candidate fit.

Offer Extension and Onboarding: Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process.

Employer Branding: Build and maintain a strong employer brand.

Education: Any Basic Degree or MBA

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
