Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and optimize milling processes for various materials and components.

Develop and implement CNC milling programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM).

Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal milling performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve milling process issues, including tool breakage, surface finish problems, and dimensional inaccuracies.

Perform process capability studies and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Skills
Proficiency in using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM).

Strong knowledge of cutting tool selection, speeds, and feeds.

Experience in troubleshooting milling process issues.

Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Diploma/BE Degree

Salary: From 15 to 18K per month
