Job Description

Responsibilities

Keep an eye on production apps and systems to spot any problems or irregularities.

To reduce downtime and guarantee peak system performance, look into and troubleshoot issues, carry out root cause analysis, and put required solutions into place.

Quickly respond to and address production issues while adhering to established incident management procedures.

Work together with cross-functional teams to determine the root cause of incidents and put corrective measures in place to stop them from happening again.

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Salary: From 15K per month

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech in CSE/IT
