Job Description

Responsibilities

Possess strong analytical abilities; 

Capable of leading a team; 

Needs to be conversant in the local tongue and surroundings; 

Review promptly with the team and take the necessary measures. 

Support and go with field collectors on their assignments; 

promptly answer customer inquiries; 

exhibit patience and resiliency; be knowledgeable about state debt collection regulations; 

regularly review the corporate debtor list and keep an eye on the accounts; 

look for past debt and bill information; 

Provide information on notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made; 

monitor legal action when debtors neglect to pay; possess familiarity with accounting 

procedures and payment arrangements;

 and possess familiarity with collections software.

Role: Team leader

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Salary: From 22K per Month

Qualification: Any Basic Graduation 

Location: Mount Road
