Job Description

Responsibilities

Examine quality concerns pertaining to BIQ and ADQ and implement remedial measures. solid understanding of paint application techniques, paint materials, and paint process setup.

Assist with Shift operations, daily process quality problems, and solution development.

Paint value stream quality papers, such as SWS/SWES/SFMEA, etc., should be prepared and maintained.

familiar with the lab inspection procedures for paint quality, including pH, concentration checks, coating weight, painting viscosity, and sedimentation tests.

Experience: 2 to 5 years 

Salary: From 20K per month

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech in any Engineering Stream
