Job Description

Responsibilities

To get the appropriate penetration, bead look, and structural integrity, adjust the heat input, weld pool, and filler metal addition.

To guarantee correct alignment and joint fit-up, surfaces and components should be cleaned, ground, deburred, and precisely fitted before welding.

Self-inspect welds to make sure they meet industry and corporate quality requirements.

To reduce risks, keep your workspace neat and orderly.

Inform the supervisor of any problems or inconsistencies with the designs or materials.

Skills
Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.

Strong commitment to safety regulations and quality workmanship.

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting.
