Job Description

In Chennai, we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. You will be in charge of offering our organisation technical assistance, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services both remotely and on-site in Chennai's manufacturing sectors, as well as maybe in Tamil Nadu. Excellent customer service skills, a solid technical troubleshooting background, and a dedication to increasing equipment uptime and customer happiness are all necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

At customer locations in Chennai and maybe other areas, install, commission, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.

Identify and fix problems with manufacturing equipment's hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

After service or installation, thoroughly inspect and test the equipment's performance.

In accordance with Chennai corporate standards, keep a record of every service activity, including repairs, maintenance, and client interactions.

Communicate with clients in Tamil and English in a timely and efficient manner about service status and outcomes.

Look for chances to upsell services or upgrades and renew service contracts.

Skills:

the capacity to read and comprehend technical texts and drawings.

proficiency with testing apparatus and diagnostic instruments.

strong interpersonal and communication abilities in both Tamil and English.

strong focus on customer service and a polished manner.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE

Experience: 3+ yrs
