Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyse Quality issues related to BIQ / ADQ and take corrective actions Sound knowledge on paint process, paint material ,preparation for paint process. 

Support Shift operations, day-to-day process quality issues and develop solutions. 

Prepare and Maintain Paint value stream Quality documents like SWS/SWES/SFMEA etc. 

Knowledgeable in paint Quality lab inspection process like Ph, Concentration checks, coating weight, painting viscosity, sedimentation test. 

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Salary: From 15K per month

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech in any engineering streams
