Job Description

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites within Chennai and potentially other regions.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in manufacturing equipment.

Conduct thorough inspections and performance testing of equipment after service or installation.

Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance performed, and customer interactions, adhering to company standards in Chennai.

Provide timely and effective communication with customers regarding service status and resolutions, in Tamil and English.

Identify opportunities for service contract renewals and upselling of services or upgrades.

Skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and English.

Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
