Wanted Experienced Malayalam Voice Process Executive in BPO Industries. 

Experience: 3+ years of Experience

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th, or Above

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call notes, resolutions, and other relevant information. Update customer records in the CRM system Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, ensuring excellent verbal communication skills. Actively listen to customer concerns and understand their needs.
