Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handle problems within the designated area and perform daily tasks associated with a service-related position.

• Make that the desired reaction time is met.

• Train customers to improve the product's uptime.

• Work with the service sales team to ensure that the service plan is executed correctly.

• Assist and direct service technicians in carrying out their tasks efficiently

• Directly oversee the major accounts and guarantee client satisfaction

• Schedule client presentations to enhance the life cycle of the product.

• Work with the project team to schedule the installation of the service-allocated equipment.

• Examine the issues and direct the group appropriately.

• Ensure that the on-site workshop complies with "Safety, Health, and Environment."

· Recognize warning signs and examine the underlying causes of failures

Role: Service Engineer

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I

Salary: from 13K per month

Location: Chennai
