Responsibilities

- Guide the group toward success: Establish the group's goals and direction and foster an innovative and cooperative culture.

- Find and keep outstanding personnel: Bring in and nurture the brightest civil engineers to strengthen the team.

- Arrange and oversee projects: Create and carry out project plans, and make sure that the projects are finished on schedule and under budget.

Assign duties and provide team members authority: Assign tasks in accordance with expertise and experience, and offer team members assistance and direction.

- Track developments and pinpoint hazards: Monitor the status of the project, spot any hazards, and take necessary corrective action.

- Encourage cooperation and communication: Encourage candid dialogue and teamwork, and cultivate connections with important stakeholders.

Role: Civil Engineer

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineer

Salary: From 25K per month

Location: Chennai
