Complete hiring cycle.

following up with the applicant till they join.

Interviewees (by phone and video)

database maintenance and management reports.

arranging profile feedback in coordination with management.

Meet a variety of staffing needs in the domains of function and industry.

Qualification:

Just an MBA freshman with a lot of enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills.

Verified experience working as an HR recruiter or in a related position

Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking

able to prioritise tasks in a hectic setting with shifting due dates.

able to oversee projects on the critical path and work well with other staff members or departments when necessary.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
