Responsibilities

Perform welding tasks by joining metal components like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using heat, pressure, or both. Prepare metals through cutting, grinding, and cleaning before welding. Set up parts with hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures, and use angle grinders or powered saws for precise material cutting. Align components using calipers and rulers and select the appropriate welding equipment or method based on job requirements. Execute welding in various positions, such as vertical, horizontal, or overhead, and repair machinery by welding and filling gaps. Ensure the quality of welds while adhering to safety protocols and standards.

Role: ITI Welder

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any ITI Graduation

Salary: From 18K per month

Location: Chennai
