Responsibilities

Machine Setup: Set up and adjust CNC machines for various machining operations.

Tooling: Select and install appropriate cutting tools.

Program Verification: Verify and edit CNC programs to ensure accurate part production.

First Piece Inspection: Inspect the first piece to ensure it meets quality standards.

Process Optimization: Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machine and process issues.

Role: CNC Setter

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs of Experience

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech

Location: In and Around Chennai
