Follow up with payers via phone, email, fax, or online to guarantee prompt resolution of all pending claims.

Fulfills and upholds daily quality and productivity goals set forth in departmental policies.

Utilizes the client host system, workflow system, and additional resources at their disposal to settle accounts and collect payments.

Complies with the rules and guidelines set forth for the team or customer.

Being aware of each designated payer's timely filing deadlines.

When necessary, does research on payer-specific billing regulations.

Location : Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
