ITI Turner Employment Needed for Freshmen

Your Impact:

As an ITI Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating lathe machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of lathe operations, tooling, and precise measurement techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up lathe machines (conventional and/or CNC) with appropriate tools, fixtures, and work holding devices as per job requirements and engineering drawings.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine dimensional specifications, tolerances, and machining sequences.

Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, vernier height gauges, dial indicators) to check dimensions and ensure parts meet specifications.

Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.

Identify and report any deviations from specifications or machine malfunctions.

What you Need:

Good understanding of lathe machine operations, tooling, and cutting parameters.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.

Basic knowledge of different metals and their machinability.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI Degree 

Experience: Freshers
