• Candidate follow-up and onboarding

• Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for various departments

• Coordinate with hiring managers for job requirements

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation

• Support HR team in day-to-day operations
