Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E&I Supervisor to lead and oversee the maintenance and repair of all electrical and instrumentation systems within our facility. As an E&I Supervisor, you will be responsible for a team of technicians, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of critical equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of E&I technicians.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching.

Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all electrical and instrumentation systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and instrumentation.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety.

Role: E&I Supervisor

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I

Location: In and Around Chennai
