Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Skills required:

Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and management
