Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, assigning work orders, monitoring performance, and providing training and feedback.

Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns.

Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety protocols.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any Diploma/BE Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
