Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Equipment Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Equipment Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of all manufacturing equipment within our facility.

Requirements:

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all production equipment within the facility.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement in equipment utilization, efficiency, and reliability.

Skills:

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or industrial engineering principles

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize equipment performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
