We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMC Setter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a VMC Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate production by setting up and optimizing Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) for various machining operations.

Requirements:

To ascertain machining parameters, examine blueprints, job instructions, and engineering drawings.

Choose and set up the proper workholding equipment, fixtures, and cutting tools.

Choose and keep up the proper cutting equipment and fittings.

Assure appropriate inventory control and tool storage.

To guarantee quality and reduce errors, collaborate closely with VMC operators.

Skills:
