Job Description

Primary Task: To ensure effective and superior manufacturing processes by designing, developing, maintaining, and repairing precise tools, jigs, fixtures, and moulds.

Responsibilities

Using CAD/CAM software, create precision tools, jigs, fixtures, and moulds.

Perform maintenance and operation of the CNC, lathe, milling, grinding, and EDM machines in the tool room.

Identify and fix tool faults and failures.

Fix or swap out worn-out or damaged tool parts.

Enhance tool life and performance by optimising tool designs and materials.

Keep thorough records and document the findings of the inspection.

Required Abilities:

Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.

Ability to operate and maintain tool room equipment.

Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and instruments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Role: Tool Room Engineer

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
