Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain office operations, such as filing and data management.
Arrange and plan appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Respond to incoming emails, calls, and other correspondence.
Create presentations and reports.
Contribute to the creation of reports that are due on a regular basis.
Purchase office supplies and keep track of stock.
Offer clients and guests general assistance.
Skills:
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
