Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Field Service: Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.

Equipment Upgrades: Perform equipment upgrades and modifications.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.

Project Management: Manage field service projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.

Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Skills:
