Shift Incharge  Production Injection Moulding 2024 

JD:

1. Responsible for Mould loading & Unloading
2. Responsible for Mould Machine Maintenance
3. Responsible for Mould set up, Parameter setting and Process Trouble shooting.
2. Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.
4. To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output.
5. Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.
6. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.
  *Educational Qualification**: Diploma in Plastic Technology / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  *Salary :  15k to 25k per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
