Job Description

Responsibilities

Establish clear criteria for what must be checked and what the standards of quality are. Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with new developments, repairs, and incidents. Conduct system audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 regulations.

Establish quality metrics for each manufacturing process; keep an eye on the full production cycle and conduct routine testing to spot prospective issues early; check product materials and electrical systems for durability and flaws; Determine the underlying cause of technical problems and provide solutions; Write reports on malfunctions and corrective measures (e.g., the quantity of defective raw materials per order); Examine the most recent designs and quality documents.

Establish and monitor quality assurance targets (such as a 20% reduction in the typical turnaround time for quality checks).
