QC Engineer Immediate Requirement

Problem:

Without a vigilant and strategic approach to quality control, we risk process inefficiencies, material waste, and a reactive, fire-fighting culture. We need to move beyond simple inspection and build a robust, preventative quality system that ensures every single product leaving our facility meets the highest standards, every single time.

Role:

Your mission is to identify and eliminate the root causes of defects, ensuring a seamless flow of high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.

• Performing inspections and tests on materials and products at various stages.

• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Using statistical process control and data analysis to identify trends and improve processes.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Experience: 0 to 4 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
