Job Description 

Responsibilities

Maintaining and operating the building management system (BMS) is essential to the efficient operation of all building systems. 

Regularly inspect building equipment and systems to spot any anomalies or problems. 

Use the BMS to monitor and control HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Collect and analyze data from the BMS to identify energy-saving opportunities and improve system efficiency; 

Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities; 

Quickly respond to alarms and system failures and take appropriate action to resolve them; 

Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for any repairs or servicing required

Role: BMS Operator

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ BE in Mech or Related

Salary: From 18K per month

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job
